• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Orders Below PKR 12,000 → Flat PKR 300 shipping fee.
• Orders Above PKR 12,000 → FREE shipping!

📦 Order Processing

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with order details.
• Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.

🔎 Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
• You can track your order via our courier partner’s website or contact our customer support.

📍 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for hassle-free shopping.
• Please ensure to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

🚫 Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt one more delivery.
• If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us.
